Tree Surgery
The complete arborist service: felling and sectional dismantling, crown thinning and reduction, reshaping and emergency response — all carried out to BS3998, the British Standard for tree work. Our climbers are NPTC certified for tree climbing, aerial rescue and aerial cutting, so tall, awkward or hazardous trees are worked safely, whether roped in the canopy or from an aerial platform.
Tree Reduction Services
Where a tree has simply outgrown its space, a well-judged reduction brings it back into proportion without spoiling it. We reduce the crown evenly, preserving the tree's natural form and structural integrity so it stays healthy and safe, then clear up cleanly. Suitable for both domestic gardens and commercial grounds, and always worked to proper cut points so the tree heals well.
Tree Felling & Removal
When a tree has to come out, we take it down safely — straight felling in open ground, or roped, rigged sectional dismantling where there are buildings, fences, glass or gardens below. We handle land clearing and hazardous or storm-damaged tree removal too. Large sections are lowered or craned out where needed, so nothing is dropped and the site is left clean and level.
Tree Pruning Services
The heart of good arboriculture: crown thinning to let light and air through, crown reduction to manage size, careful shaping, and deadwood removal for safety. Done to the right cut points so the tree heals cleanly and keeps its natural shape — the routine, skilled work that keeps garden and street trees healthy, safe and looking their best year after year.
Stump Grinding Services
A felled tree usually leaves a stump. We grind them out professionally to below ground level, chasing the main roots where it matters, so the space can be reclaimed for lawn, planting, paving or a landscaping scheme. The site is left clean and level, with the grindings and arisings cleared or left as mulch if you'd prefer.
Hedge Cutting
From a single overgrown conifer brought back to a crisp line to formal hedges kept sharp all season, we cut, shape, reduce and top hedges of every kind. We offer both one-off cuts and regular monthly or yearly maintenance, plus topiary and decorative shaping. Everything is cut cleanly, the clippings cleared away, and the finish left tidy.
Grounds Maintenance
Beyond the trees themselves, we keep whole grounds in order: garden and vegetation clearance, weed control, forestry work, and flexible scheduled maintenance visits to suit you. Ideal for larger gardens, estates, commercial sites and managing agents who want one reliable, insured team looking after everything green on a plan that fits their budget and season.
Site Clearance Services
Whole plots brought back under control and prepared for what's next: trees, shrubs, dense vegetation, stumps and general waste all removed and cleared away. We work for homeowners reclaiming an overgrown garden and for commercial sites and developers needing ground cleared before construction or landscaping begins — with everything recyclable sent for recycling.
Spraying Services
Certified spraying carried out by PA1- and PA6-qualified operatives: weed control on paths, driveways and hard standing, wider vegetation management, targeted pesticide application, and control of invasive plants before they spread. Applied responsibly, at the right rate and the right time, with the correct certification behind every treatment.
Surveying Services
Independent assessment of what you have and what it needs: tree condition surveys, hazard and risk assessments for trees near buildings, paths or boundaries, tree health and disease identification, TPO compliance reports and full site assessments. The written report you need to make safe, informed decisions — for homeowners, managing agents and planning applications alike.
Tree Storm Damage
When a tree comes down or a limb splits in high winds, we respond fast: fallen trees, hanging branches, blocked access and unstable trees all made safe, then dealt with properly through corrective pruning or removal. Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs)
Many trees are protected by a TPO or sit within a conservation area, where work needs written consent first. We check the status before quoting, prepare the documentation and submit the permit application to your Local Planning Authority on your behalf, then carry out the approved work exactly as consented — so you stay firmly the right side of the law.

Aerial work, certified spraying, invasive-plant control and disease identification take training and tickets most firms don't have. It's all part of the same owner-led service — and all cleared away and recycled properly afterwards.
Crown reduction & reshaping
Bringing an oversized tree back into proportion while keeping its natural outline — the skilled, sympathetic alternative to hard topping, worked to BS3998.
Aerial rescue & technical climbing
Our climbers hold NPTC certificates for tree climbing, aerial rescue and aerial cutting — so tall, unstable or awkwardly placed trees are worked safely from rope and harness or an aerial platform.
Invasive plant control
PA1/PA6 certified control of invasive species and persistent vegetation, treated at the right rate and time so they're managed properly rather than simply cut back to return next season.
Deadwood removal
Dead, diseased and hanging limbs taken out cleanly for safety, reducing the risk over paths, drives, gardens and boundaries without stressing the healthy tree.
Topiary & decorative shaping
Formal hedges, topiary features and shaped specimens cut and maintained to a crisp, considered finish — one-off or on a regular schedule.
Forestry & vegetation management
Larger-scale forestry work, woodland-edge clearance and ongoing vegetation management for estates, commercial grounds and development sites.
100% green-waste recycling
Everything we cut is chipped, processed and recycled — 100% of the green waste we remove is recycled rather than sent to landfill. Wood chip and logs can stay with you if you'd like them.
Tree condition & disease ID
Identifying tree health problems and disease early — from dieback to decay — with a written assessment and a clear recommendation on what, if anything, needs doing.
